Contact data not updated in Digital Marketing Hub

If you notice that contact data isn't updating correctly between Mercury and the Digital Marketing Hub, follow the steps below to re-trigger the data sync.

Steps to Re-Sync Contact Data

  1. Log in to Mercury

    • Make sure to log in from the Principal Owner's account for the best results.

  2. Access the CRM

    • Go to your Mercury dashboard and click on CRM.

    • In the left-hand menu, click People.

  3. Filter contacts for syncing

    • Apply the following filters to select the contacts that need to be synced to the Digital Marketing Hub (DMH):

      • Email: Contains "@"

      • DMH: True

      • Email Bounced: False

      • No Email Marketing: False

  4. Bulk sync contacts

    • Click the DMH button above the contacts table.

    • Click Add All to DMH.

This process will initiate the re-sync of contacts from Mercury to the Digital Marketing Hub. Depending on the number of contacts, the updated data should appear in the Digital Marketing Hub within a few minutes to a few hours.
