What is Digital Marketing Hub?

Digital Marketing Hub (DMH) is Connective’s email marketing platform designed for mortgage and finance brokers. It allows you to:

  • Send automated and one-off email communications

  • Personalise content using your Mercury CRM data

  • Build targeted customer journeys based on events and client behaviours

  • View performance insights to optimise your campaigns

DMH integrates with Mercury Nexus, pulling client details and selected categories into the platform to help you send the right message at the right time.

Available plans

Digital Marketing Hub offers two subscription plans to support different levels of marketing activity:

  • Lite Touch plan: Ideal if you want to run your own email marketing and only need core platform features.

  • Premium plan: Includes additional marketing support such as regular email campaigns provided by Connective, with full flexibility to send your own communications.

How to sign up for Digital Marketing Hub

To get started, complete the DMH sign-up form.

Once submitted:

  1. A member of the DMH team will contact you within a few business days to confirm your details.

  2. Your DMH account setup will begin.

What happens during account setup

The DMH team will:

  • Create your DMH account

  • Apply your brokerage branding

  • Build your base templates

  • Connect your Mercury CRM data if you’ve chosen to sync contacts

If you choose to manually assign contacts, remember to add them to the right categories before scheduled communications like the RBA announcement or eMag. Otherwise, those clients won’t receive them.

How you will receive your login instructions

Once setup is complete, you will receive an email with instructions to access your DMH account. This will walk you through setting up your password and accessing DMH through Mercury Nexus.
