The Digital Marketing Hub plans provide you with everything you need to run a successful and sophisticated email marketing program. In addition to what we provide in these plans, there are additional options available to you if you wish to upgrade your account.
Below are the most common features subscribers require.
Additional contacts - $150 +GST per month
If your Digital Marketing Hub database exceeds 5,000 contacts, you will need to upgrade your account to a higher contact limit. This starts from an extra $150 +GST per month on top of your plan fee, providing you up to 10,000 contacts.

Account Feature upgrade - $55 +GST per month.
Additional account users – each subscription plan allows up to three users on the account. If you require additional users, we can arrange this for you for under this upgrade option, which provides up to 25 users on your account.
Detailed reporting – our plan options include real-time reporting on individual email marketing and automation activity including send numbers, open rates, click rates, unsubscribes, bounces and more. However, if you'd like more in-depth reporting including overall campaign performance and automation performance that provides aggregate data of all activity, this can be obtained by upgrading your account.
