Additional contacts – from $150 + GST per month

If your DMH database exceeds 5,000 contacts, you will need to upgrade to a higher contact tier.

  • Upgrades start from $150 + GST per month, increasing your limit to 10,000 contacts.

  • If your database exceeds 10,000 contacts, please reach out to [email protected].

Tip: Review your DMH database to ensure only active and relevant contacts are included before upgrading.

Additional account users – $55 + GST per month

Each DMH subscription includes up to three users.

If your team needs additional users, you can upgrade your account to allow up to 25 users for $55 + GST per month.

This option is suited to larger brokerages or marketing teams working collaboratively in DMH.

Access to detailed reporting

All DMH plans include real-time reporting on individual email marketing and automation activity, including:

  • Sends

  • Opens

  • Clicks

  • Unsubscribes

  • Bounces

If you need broader insights, you can upgrade your account to access detailed reporting, which provides:

  • Aggregate performance across all campaigns

  • Overall automation performance

  • Consolidated reporting across your entire marketing activity

  • Visibility beyond individual sends or single automation events

This upgrade is suited to brokerages that want a deeper understanding of long-term marketing trends and overall performance.
