Use this guide to log in to your Digital Marketing Hub (DMH) account through Mercury Nexus. You can access DMH if your brokerage has an active DMH subscription.
Accessing Digital Marketing Hub from Mercury Nexus
From your Mercury Nexus dashboard, select the Marketing Hub tile.
What happens next
Depending on your access:
Returning users: You will be logged in automatically and taken directly to your DMH account.
First-time users: You will be taken to the DMH login page. Enter your DMH username and password.
Important:
You must be either a Mercury Nexus user in your brokerage or a registered user of your brokerage’s Digital Marketing Hub account.
Resetting your password
If you do not know your DMH password:
Select Forgot on the login screen.
Enter your email address and select Submit.
Check your inbox (and junk folder) for the password reset link.
If you are taken to the Connective Digital Marketing Hub website
If selecting the Marketing Hub tile takes you to the Connective Digital Marketing Hub website instead of the login page, your brokerage is not currently subscribed to DMH.
