Follow these few simple steps to log into your Digital Marketing Hub (DMH) account from Mercury Nexus:
1. From the dashboard in Mercury Nexus, click on the Marketing Hub tile as highlighted below:
2. a. If this is not your first time logging in to DMH, it will log you in straight to the account.
b. If this is your first time logging in to DMH from Mercury, this will take you to the Digital Marketing Hub login page where you enter your username and password.
*You must be a Mercury Nexus user of your brokerage or a registered user of your brokerage's Digital Marketing Hub account to log in.
If you do not know your password, click on Forgot in the password field to reset it.
Enter your email address and click 'submit'. You will shortly receive an email containing a link to reset your password (check your 'junk' folder if you don't see the email in your inbox).
Note:
When you click on the Marketing Hub tile in Mercury Nexus, and you are directed to the Connective Digital Marketing Hub website page instead of the login page, this means you are not currently subscribed to the Digital Marketing Hub. Please see the below links on how to sign up or contact your Partnership Manager.
