Use this guide to activate your Digital Marketing Hub (DMH) account and access it through Mercury Nexus.
You must complete a one-time password reset before logging in for the first time.
Set your password (first-time users)
Within 48 hours of receiving your DMH setup confirmation from Connective, you will receive an email from ActiveCampaign with the subject line:
“ActiveCampaign password reset instructions.”
This email allows you to create your DMH password.
Important
You must reset your password before you can access Digital Marketing Hub.
Reset your password
Go to your email inbox.
Locate the email titled “ActiveCampaign password reset instructions.”
Open the email and select Update Password Now.
You will be redirected to the account login page.
Enter your chosen password in the New Password field.
Re-enter it in the Confirm Password field.
Select Save or Reset Password (depending on the screen).
Store this password securely. You will use it the first time you log in through Mercury Nexus.
If you did not receive the password reset email
If the email is not in your inbox or junk folder:
Log in to Mercury Nexus.
Select the Marketing Hub tile.
Click Forgot.
Enter your email address.
Submit the reset request again.
Log in to Digital Marketing Hub through Mercury
Once your password has been set:
Log in to Mercury Nexus.
Select the Marketing Hub tile from your dashboard.
First-time login
Enter your DMH username.
Enter the password you created.
Future logins
You will be logged in automatically through single sign-on.
What happens after activation
After your DMH account is activated, you will receive an invitation to book your onboarding session.
This session will help you:
Understand contact syncing from Mercury
Manage lists correctly
Use the Relationship Manager field
Optimise your campaigns
