Lite Touch plan
Designed for brokers who prefer to run their own marketing activity using DMH’s core features and automation tools.
Premium plan
Includes additional marketing support such as regular email campaigns delivered by Connective, while still giving you full flexibility to send your own communications.

Who can sign up?
You must be the business owner and logged in to Mercury Nexus to complete the DMH sign-up form.
If you are not the business owner but would like them to see the benefits of DMH, email [email protected], and the team can arrange a demo.
What you need before you sign up
To complete the DMH sign-up form, have the following ready:
Default Relationship Manager details (the sender details used when a contact in Mercury does not have a Relationship Manager assigned)
Business address
High-resolution PNG logo for business logo
Your preferred disclaimer, if you do not want to use the standard Connective disclaimer

What happens after you complete the sign-up form
Once you submit the form:
A DMH team member will contact you within a few business days to confirm your details.
Your account setup will begin, including branding, templates and (if selected) syncing your Mercury CRM contacts.
You will receive an email with instructions to access your DMH account.
