How do I access the Digital Marketing Hub?

Step 1: Getting started

Within 48 hours of our email alerting you that your Hub has been set up, you will receive an email from ActiveCampaign to set your password.

If you do not complete this step you will not be able to access your account.

Once you receive the email, click on the link to log into your Digital Marketing Hub and follow these steps:

  1. Click the Settings menu item (left-hand menu second from the bottom).

  2. Scroll down to the Password section.

  3. Enter your chosen password in the New Password box.

  4. Enter the new password again in the Repeat New Password box.

  5. Click Save Settings.

  6. Record your password somewhere as you will need it for the first time you log in to the Hub via Mercury.

If you have not received the ActiveCampaign email and it is not in your junk folder, please click on the Marketing Hub tile in your Mercury Dashboard and then click Forget. Enter your email address and submit.

Step 2: Accessing the Hub via Mercury

To access your Digital Marketing Hub account, simply log into Mercury and click on the Marketing Hub tile (left menu) on the main dashboard.

The first time you do this you will need to input your account login details, but each time after that you will be logged straight in!
