Save time scanning records by filtering Opportunity, People, Company and Task home page records in a way that suits your personal preferences. The best bit, Mercury Nexus remembers your preferences, so the next time you log in it will be set up just the way you like it.

How to adjust or filter grid columns

Grid columns can be altered or filtered by:

  1. In the CRM app, select Opportunities, People, Company or Tasks from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Navigate to the table header.

  3. Hover your mouse over the right-hand side of any column to open the menu.

  4. Select the filter icon and type in the required filter value.

Note: To save your preferences as the default view simply navigate away from the page be selecting another tab to minimise selection panel. To reset your columns: Hover your mouse over the right-hand side of any column, open the menu and select Reset Columns.
