About the CRM Dashboard
Updated over 3 months ago

Important Note: We have updated various fields and labels to ensure you have a consistent experience in Mercury Nexus. Instead of individually referring to roles as Agent, Advisor, Loan Writer, and Associate, we will now universally use the term "Broker." This change will simplify your interactions across Mercury Nexus.

The CRM Dashboard is designed to save you time, by grouping upcoming tasks, recent and important opportunities, and reports in the one place for quick viewing. Located in the CRM home screen, you can also launch quick actions, such as creating opportunities and contacts from the Dashboard.

Tasks

Outstanding tasks where you are the Delegate from the last 15 days (25 maximum displayed) are displayed on the dashboard in order of when they’re due. Tasks are displayed using a gradient traffic light system. Those that are due today are green, overdue tasks will start yellow and gradually change in colour to red, the more overdue they become.

Note: Outstanding tasks older than 15 days will not be displayed.

From the Dashboard you can:

  1. Click on the radio button to mark the task as complete.

  2. Click on the due date to change the due date of the task.

  3. Where there is a linked Opportunity, click on the opportunity name and the Quick-view Slider. From here you can view basic information about the Opportunity. Learn more here.

Opportunities

Recent Opportunities are listed starting from the most recently accessed. My Workspace Opportunities are those that have been added to My Workspace. Recent Opportunities are displayed in the first tab, and My Workspace Opportunities are displayed in the second.

From the Dashboard you can:

  1. Click on the Opportunity name and the Opportunity Quick-view Slider appears where you can view basic information.

  2. Double-click on the Opportunity name to open the opportunity in a new tab.

Pinned Reports

To view reports in your dashboard, simply select the Pin to Dashboard checkbox on your Sales Funnel, Business Statistics or Settlement Report. Once this has been enabled the report will automatically.

For the best experience, you should create at least one saved view of a report before pinning it to the dashboard. See Saved Views wiki. When multiple saved views have been created, on the dashboard there is a drop down on the top-right of the report tile where the user can change the view.

Quick Actions

To launch a quick action, simply navigate to the top menu and click on the action you wish to perform. A new tab will automatically open with the action you require.

The following quick actions can be launched from the Dashboard:

  • Opportunity

  • Person

  • Task

  • Doc Request

  • Funding Position

  • Borrowing Capacity

  • Product Comparison

  • Asset Finance Invoice

  • Asset Deal Notified
