Only you know what information you need to run your business. Mercury Nexus allows you to create Saved Views of Opportunities, Kanban, Sales Funnel, Business Statistics Report and Settlement Reports. These Saved Views enable you to filter only the data that is relevant to you, so that you can quickly and easily come back to the insights that are most important to you.
How do I create a Saved View?
Creating a Saved View is the same across Kanban, Opportunities and Reports.
Open the CRM.
Navigate to either the Kanban, Opportunities or Reports.
Select your desired filters.
Click the Save as View.
Give your view a Title and hit Save.
How do I access a Saved View?
To access your saved view, click on the View All drop-down and select your saved view from the list.
Note. Your saved view is a dynamic view with regards to the date range. This means the date range is relative to the current date. For example, if the date range is 1 August to 31 August, when we move into a new month the date range will automatically shift as well and become 1 September to 30 September.
