About the Analytics App

The Analytics App allows you to track and analyse the performance of your business to help you make informed decisions, with three purpose-built dashboards designed to drive improvement across all areas of your business.

Where can you find your Analytics app?

User from the Head Office with Partner Level access can access Analytics. From your Mercury Nexus home page. Simply click on the ‘Analytics app’ icon. The Analytics app will open in a new tab.

The Analytics dashboards include an:

  • Opportunity Report - meaningful data to understand your sales funnel. See what is working well, where there are bottle necks and where to focus your efforts to increase your conversion rate and settlement volumes.

  • Application and Settlement Report – data on your applications and settlements is critical to your business. With the Nexus Analytics dashboards, you can drill down into your applications and settlements by monthly amounts, lender type, loan purpose, rate type, LVR band and lender.

  • Commissions Report - keep track of your trail and upfront values, your current portfolio value, discharges and arrears. This report gives you complete oversight of where your commissions are coming from and any areas to be wary of.

  • Fixed Rate Expiry Report - This dashboard gives you an instant snapshot of how many clients have a fixed rate which will expire in the next 12 months.

  • Interest Only Expiry Report - This dashboard gives you an instant snapshot of how many clients have a interest only rate which will expire in the next 12 months.

How do I switch between reports?

When the Analytics App opens, you will see all three dashboards. Select the dashboard you would like to review and it will open in a new tab.

How do I know when the data was last updated?

The data in the Analytics app will refresh every 24 hours. There is a timestamp at the top of each dashboard to let you know when the data was last refreshed.

The reports shows the current calendar year. You can adjust the date range on each report to reflect the time period you would like to see.
