Application and Settlement Data
Updated over a week ago

Having data on your applications and settlements is critical to your business. With the Nexus Analytics dashboard, you can drill down into your applications and settlements by monthly amounts, lender type, loan purpose, rate type, LVR band and lender.

Application data is pulled through from ApplyOnline and LoanApp. Settlement data is captured from commissions data.

1. Applications

In this dashboard you can see:

  • Month on month application volumes

  • Applications by lender type (Major, specialist, second tier, etc)

  • Application by loan purpose (Investment or owner occupied)

  • Application by rate type (P&I, IO)

  • Applications by LVR band (Sub 70%, 70-80%, or over 80%)

  • Applications by Lender

All graphs can be clicked on to drill further down into the data. For example, if you want to see data on your investment applications, click on investment and all the corresponding tables will update to only display data on investment applications. You can also filter by broker to see individual data.

2. Application Table

3. Settlements

This dashboard shows you your settlements on a month by month basis, with settlements split by each lender. You can also compare your settlements on a year-by-year basis with the two previous years. This will allow you to track performance and capitalise on any seasonality trends.

4. Settlements table

5. Settlement Rankings

This dashboard ranks your business and broker settlement volumes against other Connective business and broker settlement volumes.

The left panel is the business comparison. You can see your settlement volumes rank at a national level and state level for 12 months, 6 months, 3 months and last month.

On the right panel, you can look at settlement volumes at a broker level and analyse how each broker performs nationally and within their state.

6. Broker summary

A summary table of applications and settlements by broker. This table includes the broker’s name, total application amount, number of applications, median loan size, number of lenders used and the days since their last application.
