Use this guide to export all raw data entered into Mercury Nexus. As the data owner, you can extract your CRM data at any time for reporting, analysis, or importing into another system.
What is raw data export in Mercury Nexus?
Raw data export allows you to download a spreadsheet containing all data entered into the Mercury Nexus CRM. The file is provided in a raw, database-compatible format, suitable for external analysis or system migration.
Before you start
You must have Partner-level access in Mercury Nexus to export raw data. If you do not see the required options, check your permission level.
Exporting your raw data
To export all raw data from Mercury Nexus:
Open Mercury Nexus and go to the Admin app.
Select Data from the left-hand menu.
From the top menu, select Extract raw data.
Click Extract data to submit your request.
Note: The time required to process your export depends on the volume of data in your CRM.
What happens next
Once processing is complete, Mercury Nexus generates an Excel spreadsheet containing your raw data. This file can be:
Used for internal reporting and analysis
Imported into other CRM or business systems if required
