The CitoPlus and Mercury Nexus integration automatically syncs deal data from CitoPlus into your Mercury Nexus CRM, saving you time and eliminating the need to manually enter deals into both systems.

What is the CitoPlus integration with Mercury Nexus?

The CitoPlus integration with Mercury Nexus creates a direct data link between the two platforms. Any deals you create or update in CitoPlus will automatically appear in your Mercury Nexus CRM with borrower, lender, and loan product details pre-populated.

This means you work in CitoPlus as usual, and your CRM stays current without manual intervention.

How the integration works

Once you create a deal in CitoPlus, it automatically syncs to Mercury Nexus. The sync includes:

  • Borrower details

  • Lender information

  • Loan product details

Any updates you make to an existing deal in CitoPlus will also sync through to your CRM, keeping all your information current across both platforms.

Important

Any deal creations, changes, and status management should continue to be done in CitoPlus. Think of Mercury Nexus as your view of the deal, with CitoPlus staying as the place you manage it.

What you need to do

You don't need to configure anything. The integration is enabled by default for all existing CitoPlus users. If you prefer not to use this integration, you can opt out at any time by contacting your Partnership Manager.

Accessing CitoPlus from Mercury

Your access to CitoPlus remains unchanged. You can still log into CitoPlus via the dedicated tile in Mercury Nexus whenever you need it.
