Connective provides API access to your Person and Opportunity data to support third-party integrations.
To integrate with Mercury Nexus, you will need:
Your API Key
Your API Token
Where to find your API Key and Token
Your API credentials are located in Mercury Nexus.
To access them:
Log in to Mercury Nexus.
Open the Admin app.
Select Integrations from the left-hand menu.
Copy your API Key and API Token.
Important
API credentials will only be visible if your Mercury account has Partner Level access.
If you do not have Partner Level access, contact your business owner or administrator.

Description:
Production environment containing live client data.
Production front-end URL
https://login.connective.com.au/
Use this URL to access the live Mercury Nexus system.
Security best practices
Store your API Key and Token securely.
Do not share credentials publicly or in unsecured repositories.
Rotate credentials if you suspect compromise.
Ensure integrations comply with privacy and data protection obligations.
