How do I export my data from Mercury Nexus?
You need Partner level access to export data from Mercury.
Open the Admin app and select Data from the main left-hand menu.
Navigate to Extract Raw Data in the top menu.
Click the Extract Data
Your request will begin processing. The amount of data you have will impact the time it takes.
Once it is complete this will produce an excel spreadsheet in raw or database compatible form which can be used to import into other systems if required.
