Manage Connective invoices
Updated over a week ago

This article is about the invoices you receive from Connective for Partner Fees and other Connective services. For Commission RCTI information see articles about the Commissions App, and for Asset Finance lender invoices see How to Generate an Invoice from Mercury.

About your Connective Invoices

Partner Fees and other services such as Digital Marketing Hub are invoiced and payable monthly in advance. We will usually raise and issue your invoice around the 26th of the month prior to the billing period.

Your Invoices will be emailed to you, and are also available in Mercury.

Paying your Invoice

Connective Invoices are payable by Direct Debit (DD) at the beginning of the month to which they relate.

If, for any reason, an invoice is not paid by DD, including because the DD is rejected or cancelled, you will be required make a payment by other means as soon as practicable or your access to Connective's platforms, and receipt of commission payments may be affected.

Where invoices are outstanding at the time a commission payment is due to be made, Connective will recover any amounts due via a deduction from commission.

If, for any reason, you have a problem paying your invoice please contact the accounts team at [email protected] or your Partnership Manager to discuss.

Accessing Invoices in Mercury

Past and current Connective Invoices can be accessed in Mercury via the 'Invoices' tab in the Commissions App

Changing the Invoice Email Address

If you need to change where we email your Connective invoices, please contact the accounts team via the Mercury Help function, or by emailing [email protected].

For privacy and security reasons, changes to the invoice email address must be initiated or approved by an owner or director of the business, and upon receiving a request we may call or contact owners/directors to validate the request.
