Navigating the Commissions App

Use this guide to explore the Commissions App in Mercury Nexus and understand where to find key information about commissions, loan accounts, settlement volumes and payees. This article outlines what each section does and what access you need.

Statements - Statements contain information about residential related commissions, broken up by month.

CAF Statements - Statements contain information about Asset Finance related commissions, broken up by month.

Loan Accounts - These are the actual Loan Accounts details from the Lenders of your clients.

Trail Variation - The Trail Variation report highlights any payments that have decreased or increased by a defined threshold.

Settlement Volumes - Rolling statistics for your group settlement dollar amounts.

Payment Calendar - The commissions payment schedule.

Interim Upfronts - Information for Interim Upfronts for your group.

Notifications - You can nominate lenders for which you would like to be notified via email when we process a commission statement. Learn More.

Invoices - Connective Payment Invoices

Commissions Splitting Access is required for the following sections. This can be requested via a ticket to the Commissions or Mercury Helpdesk by a Principal Owner from your group.

Manage Payees - This is where you create and manage your Payee (referrers) accounts. Learn More.

Splitting Templates - This is where you create and edit your Commissions Splitting templates. Learn More.
