How do I attach important documents for my client to the Client Centre?

  1. Open the CRM and select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Highlight and open the relevant opportunity.

  3. Select Client Centre from the sub left-hand menu.

  4. Use the Disclosure Document drop-down to select the relevant documents.

  5. Highlight and open the Client Centre request. Click here to learn more about creating Client Centre requests.

  6. Ensure the documents you added appear under the Home Page If not, use the Attach Existing button to select and attach the document.

  7. The next time your client logs in to the Client Centre they will see the document in the Doc Centre, where they can either download or preview the document.
