Important Note: We have updated various fields and labels to ensure you have a consistent experience in Mercury Nexus. Instead of individually referring to roles as Agent, Advisor, Loan Writer, and Associate, we will now universally use the term "Broker." This change will simplify your interactions across Mercury Nexus.
Mercury Nexus is designed to save you time, by storing all the information you require in one easily accessible location.
In Opportunities you manage everything about your client’s loan application including personal and loan details, communication history, application status and supporting documents.
Where can I find my opportunities?
Opportunity Records are stored in the Opportunity section the CRM, accessed via the CRM main left-hand menu.
You can also access an opportunity via a linked People Record from the Opportunities tab or via the Kanban (by double clicking on opportunity name). Visit the Kanban Wiki to learn more about this feature.
