Opportunities records are designed to save you time, by storing all the information related to current and potential deals in the one easily accessible location.
How do I create an opportunity?
Opportunities can be created either from the Opportunities section or from a People record.
From the Opportunities Section:
Open the CRM app.
Navigate to Opportunities on main left-hand menu.
Click on the + to create a new opportunity record.
A new tab will open where you can fill in the relevant details.
Note: All new records will be given a default opportunity name when generated.
Edit your Opportunities with meaningful names so they can be easily discerned at a glance. Example: 'Joe & Jane Bloggs O/O Purch Collins St, VIC 3000 Jan 2020'
From a People Record
Open the CRM app.
Navigate to the People on the main left-hand menu.
Highlight and open the relevant contact.
Select Opportunities from the sub left-hand menu.
Click +Add to create a new Opportunity.
A new tab will open where you can fill in the relevant details
