What Information the Email Batches report provides:
Created By: Lists the user who created and sent the email.
From: Lists the address the email was sent from.
Subject: Details the email subject.
Initiated: Details the date the email started to send. You can view the table below to see the details of each specific sent.
Created: Indicates how many emails were created as part of this batch.
Sent: Indicates how many emails were sent as part of this batch.
Opened: Indicates how many emails were opened in the batch.
Note: While this indicates which emails have definitely been opened, if there is no value here it is still possible that the client has not enabled image preview and that it has been opened.
Unsubscribed: Indicates how many clients unsubscribed as a result of this email send. The unsubscribe link is included by default on all batch emails. Learn more here.
Bounced: Indicates how many emails bounced.
Open Rate: Allows you to track the effectiveness of your email campaigns, by calculating how many of your emails were opened, based on how many were sent. This number should be read as a percentage.

You can also drill further down into the specifics of each email campaign by highlighting it to populate the following information in the table below:
Created By: Lists the user who created and sent the email.
From: Lists the address the email was sent from.
To: Lists the email address the email was sent to.
Subject: Details the email subject.
Date Created: Details the date the email was created.
Date Sent: Shows the date the email was sent and also indicates that the email successfully left the Mercury system. If there is no date here, the email was not sent and it is likely there is a problem with the email address.
Date Opened: Indicates the email has been opened, but only if the client has enabled Image Preview. While this indicates which emails have definitely been opened, if there is no value here it is still possible that the email has been opened by the client.
Unsubscribed: Lists clients that have clicked on the unsubscribe link in an email. The unsubscribe link is included by default on all batch emails. Learn more about unsubscribing from emails here.
Bounced: indicates if an email has bounced. It means there are issues with the client's email which they need to resolve on their end.

How do I report on email marketing?
You can generate an Email Batches report as follows:
In the CRM app, select Reports from the main left-hand menu.
Navigate to Database Activity in the top menu.
Select Email Batches.
From here you can choose to customise the report using the following filters:
Select the User from the drop down.
Choose a Date range to report on.
The report will automatically generate based on the filters you select. Highlighting an entry will bring up a preview of the email and further detail the details of that campaign in the table below.
Right click the on either table to Export the data into Excel.
