How do I find specialised products such as bridging products?
Open the Research app and select Product Search from the main left-hand menu.
Select Specialised from the Product Types list.
Note. Leave the Product Name field blank unless you know the exact name of the Product you are searching for.Click Run Search.
A list of specialised products will return.
You can also find specialised products via your opportunity record. To do this:
Open the CRM app and select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.
Open the relevant opportunity.
Select Products from the sub left-hand menu.
Click the + Product The Select Products pop out window will open.
Select Specialised from the Product Types
