To meet your compliance regulations, the lenders you hold preferential service arrangements with need to be declared in your Credit Guide.
Mercury Nexus makes it easy for you to manage these agreements via the Accreditations app.
How do I record preferential services agreements?
To record preferential services agreements for a lender you must first ensure you have added them to Mercury Nexus. Once this is complete:
Open the Accreditations
Select the Lender you would like to update.
Click the Update Status
Under Preferential Service Arrangement, check
Click
Updating the lenders in the Accreditations app will automatically add them to your Credit Guide.
What happens if I do not hold preferential service agreements?
If there are no lenders with preferential service arrangements selected in the Accreditations app, this section will be removed automatically from your Credit Guide
