Use this guide to quickly set up automation using pre-built Zap templates. These templates connect Mercury with commonly used apps, saving you setup time and reducing manual work.
What are Zap templates?
Zap templates are pre-configured automation workflows built in Zapier. They are designed around common broker use cases and already include the required triggers and actions.
Using a template means you do not need to build a Zap from scratch.
Using a Zap template
Follow these steps to activate a Zap template.
Select a template
Choose the template that best matches the workflow you want to automate.
Create the Zap
On the template overview page, select Create this Zap.
Connect your apps
You will be prompted to log in to:
Mercury
Any other app included in the template
Make sure you use the correct Mercury account before continuing.
Important: You must have active access to Mercury and the connected app for the Zap to run successfully.
Activate the Zap
Once connected, review the steps and turn the Zap on. The automation will now run in the background.
