What is the CAF CRM?

Manage all of your transactions in one platform, built in Mercury Nexus. Easily create quick accurate quotes over the phone, save time on capturing leads, and visualise your pipeline on the Kanban.
The CAF CRM is designed to help you manage all of your Commercial and Consumer Asset Finance opportunities, people and all their associated data.

Navigating the CRM – here are some quick key features to get you started

Where do you find the CAF CRM?

It’s located in Mercury. Once you have logged into Mercury Nexus, you’ll see the CAF CRM icon on your dashboard.

The Mercury Launcher button can be used to access quick links. The CAF CRM can also be accessed from here.

The CAF CRM will then open in a new tab in your browser:

Once you’ve entered your CAF CRM, the top menu will give you quick access to:

Current selected Branch – The Branch you have selected will be visible in the top menu. You will only see records for this Branch.

Select Branch - Use this to move between Branches or view All Branches.

Nexus News – Stay up to date about everything Mercury Nexus. We post feature announcements,

Mercury Nexus Satisfaction - tell us what you think about the Mercury Nexus platform.

Helpdesk - Use this to contact our various support teams

Report Bug - This option automatically captures some technical information and sends a ticket directly to the Mercury Helpdesk. This is a useful option for intermittent issues.

Ideas and suggestions - Use this option if you have a Feature Request or Suggestion for Improvement Access the Ideas Portal.

Wiki - This opens the Connective Wiki Portal.

Account Settings - This will open your Mercury Account details the Admin App.

Settings - Open the Admin App to manage all of your Mercury Nexus Settings.

Notifications - Any notifications will be visible here. Notifications can be managed via the Admin App.

Logout - This will log you out of Mercury Nexus

Note: Some VPN clients such as Express VPN have prevented users from accessing the CAF CRM application.
