In Mercury, you are not able to change the Business Entity Name found in the Admin tab/Partner Details/Business Name.
This name should reflect your legal company name, so is only editable by Connective staff. If you have recently changed your business entity name you will need to ensure this is updated with the team at Connective to ensure correct and current information is held on file.
How to Change your Company Name
You are able to change the Business (Trading) Name in the Admin tab/Partner Details/Trading Name
To change the Company Name (A.C.N remaining unchanged) we will require the following updated documents:
Updated PI insurance with the new company name.
Updated AFCA membership certificate with the new company name.
Updated ACL with new company name (if applicable).
Update MFAA/FBAA with new company name (if applicable).
