Lender Commissions Notifications

Use this guide to set up commission notifications in Mercury so you know when new Residential and Commercial lender statements have been processed. This helps you monitor payments and identify changes in your commission activity.

Before you start

Important: You must have Commissions access to update notification settings.

Open the Commissions app

  1. Log in to Mercury.

  2. Open the Commissions app from the left-hand navigation.

  3. Select Comm. Notifications.

Choose your notification preferences

For each lender, decide how often you want to be notified when Connective processes a new commission statement.

You can choose from:

  • Never
    You will not receive any commission statement notifications for that lender.

  • Every statement
    You will receive a notification every time a statement is processed, regardless of whether you earned an upfront commission.

  • Only relevant statements
    You will only be notified when the lender statement includes an upfront commission allocated to you.

Tip: Use Only relevant statements if you want to reduce email volume while still tracking your personal commission movements.

Save and review your settings

Your preferences save automatically as you select them.
