You can set up notifications for when we process commission statements from Residential and Commercial lenders.
To set up Commission Notifications in Mercury:
You need Commissions access to set up Commission Notifications in Mercury. Refer to Commissions Access in Mercury.
In the Commissions App, select Comm. Notifications from the left-hand tab.
Click the relevant option for each lender:
Never
Every Statement - You will receive notification whenever we process a statement from that lender.
Only Relevant Statements - You will only receive notification when the statement has an upfront commission that is allocated to you.
