Log in to Mercury Nexus
Click on the Get Help Icon
A chat box function will appear
Type in 'Commissions' or your Commissions question
Related articles will appear.
If you are unable to find the answer to your question, click on Ask the team, and we will start a chat with the Commissions team
You will be asked for information first on your enquiry, including:
One of the team will get back to you shortly. You will get a notification in Mercury when the team replies. If you navigate away from Mercury, the response will go to your email.
