How to submit a Commission Enquiry
How to submit a Commission Enquiry

Submit a Commission Enquiry if your commissions have not arrived, or are incorrect. Commission Enquries go directly to our Commissions Team, who will investigate them for you.

Raising a Commission Enquiry via the Helpdesk

  1. Log in to Mercury Nexus

  2. Click on the Get Help Icon

  3. A chat box function will appear

  4. Type in 'Commissions' or your Commissions question

  5. Related articles will appear.

  6. If you are unable to find the answer to your question, click on Ask the team, and we will start a chat with the Commissions team

  7. You will be asked for information first on your enquiry, including:

    1. Client Name

    2. Lender

    3. Loan Account Number

    4. Loan Amount

    5. Settlement Date

  8. One of the team will get back to you shortly. You will get a notification in Mercury when the team replies. If you navigate away from Mercury, the response will go to your email.

Note: If you cannot access the Helpdesk for any reason, you can email [email protected] and this will create a ticket for you.

Commission Enquiry about trail commissions

  1. In the Commissions tab select Loan Accounts from the left-hand panel.

  2. Highlight the relevant Loan Account.

  3. Click New Enquiry

  4. The chat box will appear with all the commission details. When you're happy with the message, hit send.
