Your company logo that is being used in your marketing emails in the Digital Marketing Hub (DMH) has been set up when your account was first created.

You can update your logo under the Message Variables section.

Before replacing your logo, here are some properties that you need to consider for your image file:

we highly recommend a .PNG file, but a .JPG file will still work

- the width size is at least 600px

Here are the steps on how to update your logo.

Login to your Digital Marketing Hub account.

On the left Menu, click on Campaigns and then click on Manage Variables

In the Message Variables, select %logo%

Under the Visual Editor section, click on "Insert/Edit Image". This will open the image window.

Click the Browse button located on the right of the Image URL field. This will open the Image Manager.

Click "Add new Image" and find the location of your new logo, select it and click on Open to upload.

Once the file had been uploaded, locate and hover on the preferred image and click on the "Choose" button. Your new logo has now been uploaded.

Let us resize your logo. Go to the "Appearance" tab.

On the first field beside the Dimensions field, enter the number 263. This is the width of the image.

Press the Tab button on your computer to move your cursor to the next field. You'll notice there that the Length field is now populated.

Then, from the Insert/Edit image window, click on "Insert"

You will be back in the Message Variable screen. Scroll down and click on the "Update" button

4. Delete the existing logo image file
5. Under the Visual Editor section, click on "Insert/Edit Image". This will open the image window.

7. Click "Add new Image" and find the location of your new logo, select it and click on Open to upload.
8. Once the file had been uploaded, locate and hover on the preferred image and click on the "Choose" button. Your new logo has now been uploaded.
9. Let us resize your logo. Go to the "Appearance" tab.
