How to update your business address in your email campaigns

Use this guide to update the business address displayed in your Digital Marketing Hub (DMH) email campaigns.

Your business address appears in two places in DMH emails:

  • Email signature

  • Email footer

You’ll need to update each one separately.

Update your address in your email signature

Your email signature is managed through a Message Variable. Updating it will apply the change anywhere the signature variable is used.

  1. Log in to your Digital Marketing Hub account.

  2. From the left menu, select Email.

  3. Select Message Variables.

  4. Find the %signature% message variable and select Edit.

  5. Update your business address in the Visual Editor.

  6. Select Update to save your changes.

Update your address in your email footer

Your footer address is stored in your account Settings and applies to all campaigns using the account-level footer.

  1. Log in to your Digital Marketing Hub account.

  2. From the lower left menu, click Settings (the gear icon).

  3. Select the Addresses tab.

  4. Edit your default business address.

These updates will appear automatically in email templates that use your default footer.
