What does it cost?
$99 + GST per month (includes access for one person)*
$49.50 + GST per month for each additional staff member thereafter.

How do I subscribe?
To sign up, please complete the Product Schedule form here.
In Section 1, fill in your user details and sign at the bottom of the form. If you are not the Principal Owner, they need to sign as the witness. If you are the Principal Owner, Connective will sign as the witness.
If you're already using Connective Property Tools and want to add another user, fill out a new Product Schedule with the new user's details. The Principal Owner must sign as the witness before submitting.
Important: Each user needs a separate Product Schedule. So, if you're applying for multiple users, each one must complete and sign their own form.
2. Once completed, email the form to [email protected].
3. Our team will review it and activate your Connective Property Tools account within 2 business days. After activation, you'll have full access to CoreLogic’s reports and tools through the Property Tools section on your Mercury Nexus dashboard.
4. Your next invoice from Connective will include the fee for Connective Property Tools.
Note: Your Connective Property Tools subscription must be approved by the Principal Owner of your company. Please advise them that you'd like to sign up and have them sign the Product Schedule as the witness.
