You can use the tools to generate automated valuation reports, property monitor alerts and suburb-level research directly from your Mercury Nexus dashboard.
The service is powered by Cotality, Australia’s leading provider of property information and analytics. Their data covers 98% of Australian properties, validated daily across multiple trusted sources.

Pricing for Connective members
$99 + GST per month (access for one user)
$49.50 + GST per month for each additional user

To access Connective Property Tools, use these steps to subscribe for the first time or add additional users.
Complete the Product Schedule

Enter your details in Section 1 and sign the form.
If you are not the Principal Owner, they must sign as the witness.
If you are the Principal Owner, Connective will sign as witness.
Important: Each user must complete a separate Product Schedule.
Adding additional user
If you already have Connective Property Tools access and want to add a new user, complete a new Product Schedule with the additional user’s details. The Principal Owner must sign as the witness.

Email the completed form to [email protected].
What happens next
Your request will be reviewed and your access activated within 2 business days.
Once activated, you can access RP Data through the Property Tools section on your Mercury Nexus dashboard.
Your next Connective invoice will include the subscription fee.
