Use this guide to activate your Connective Property Tools account and log in through Mercury using single sign-on.
What is Connective Property Tools?
Connective Property Tools is powered by Cotality (previously CoreLogic). Brokers access the platform through Mercury using single sign-on.
Note: If you previously held a standalone Cotality/CoreLogic account, some login steps may differ.
Activate your account as a new user
Use these steps if this is your first time using Connective Property Tools.
Wait for your activation confirmation from the Connective Property Tools team.
Open the email invitation and click the activation link.
Follow the prompts to set up your login details.
Tip: If you previously had a Cotality account, you can reuse your existing login details during setup.
Log in through Mercury
Open Mercury Nexus and select the Property Tools icon on your dashboard.
When the login window appears, enter your username and password.
Important: If you are redirected to an information webpage instead of the login screen, your Property Tools account is not active. To register, click here.
Log in if you are an existing user
If your account is already active:
In Mercury, select the Property Tools icon.
Enter your Property Tools username and password when prompted.
Reset your username or password
All login credentials are managed by Cotality.
To reset your details:
Go to the Cotality access page:

Follow the prompts to create a new password.
Log in to Cotality with your updated details.
If you already have access to RP Data, you can also reset your password through the RP Data login page.
