Timeline and procedures for My Website design requests.

  1. Upon receiving your completed form, we will review your application form and send you a confirmation email with a request for further details if required.

    Note: We will confirm the billing date of your $500+GST setup fee. This will be charged on the 1st of the month following the date we receive your application as part of your monthly Connective invoice.

  2. Our team will confirm when you can expect to see a first draft of your site.

  3. Once the website draft is ready, we will share the URL to your temporary site (e.g., YourBusinessName.webflow.io).

  4. From here, you will have 4 weeks to provide feedback or supply any outstanding assets for the production of your website. Any changes will be applied across two rounds of revisions.

  5. Further changes after the two rounds of revision will be scoped at a rate of $50+GST per 30 minutes of development work.

  6. We will launch your site upon your approval. To go live, we will supply you with the DNS records to upload to your domain provider. Once this is completed, we will publish your site live and:

    • activate your loan calculators,

    • conduct thorough testing of your contact forms,

    • and provide you with login access to edit the site's content.

  7. Once your website is live, we will provide you with Editor access to your site. This will allow you to make any text, or imagery changes as required.

  8. Alternatively, if you need text/image changes made (such as adding staff members or updating contact details) changes can be sent through to [email protected] and we can apply these for you at no cost.

  9. Any structural or architectural changes to your site, (such as adding additional pages) will be scoped and quoted at $50+GST for every 30 minutes of design time.

  10. For any full template changes post-launch, a complete setup fee of $500+GST will apply.
