Understanding your Connective Fees

This article explains the types of fees that may appear on your Connective invoice and how they are charged.

All Connective Fees are invoiced monthly in advance, except for Cashdeck charges which, if applicable, will be invoiced in arrears. We will usually raise and issue your invoice around the 26th of the month prior to the billing period, and you can access it in Mercury Nexus. See Manage Connective invoices for more details.

This article explains the different types of fees that may appear on your Connective invoice.

Membership Fees

Your Connective Membership Fees are based on your Commission Plan, the number of brokers in your group, and whether you are an ACL holder or operating under the Connective Credit License.

Note: You can have as many basic Nexus user accounts as you require. There are no additional Connective Fees for basic Nexus user accounts.

Broker Fee

Maximiser Fee

1 Maximiser Fee per every 5 Brokers

e.g. 1-5 Brokers = 1 Maximiser Fee, 6-10 Brokers = 2 Maximiser Fees

Services included

Entitles you to receive 100% of commission (upfront and all future trail) for loans settled during the month this fee is paid.

Credit Representative Fee

Services included

Agreement to operate under the Connective Credit Licence, and Compliance support.

PI Participation Fee

Digital Marketing Hub

Connective Property Tools

Amount

$95 + GST for first user

Plus $20 + GST for each additional user

Basis of charges

Fee per Partner Group based on the number of users.

My Website

Amount

$50 + GST per month

$500 + GST setup (one off)

Basis of charges

Fee per website

Services included

Setup and hosting of a branded website. See About My Website for more details.

Cashdeck Retrievals

Amount

$4+ GST per chargeable retrieval

Basis of charges

Each user gets 5 free retrievals per month, additional retrievals are charged for.

Services included

Please note, only Connective Credit Representatives are charges by Connective for CashDeck retrievals. ACL holders can sign up and be billed by CashDeck directly.

Administration Fees

Members who pay via credit or debit card will incur merchant fees:

  • 1.3% for Visa and Mastercard

  • 2.3% for American Express

There is no administration fee for payments made by Direct Debit.
