After submitting an ApplyOnline (AOL) application, you can generate supporting documents to accompany the submission.
These documents can be printed or saved as a PDF for your records or to forward to the lender where required.
Available lender documents
Depending on the lender, documents available in the ApplyOnline Print menu may include:
Broker Declaration Form
Responsible Lending Summary
Application Form
Broker Interview Guide
Available documents vary by lender and loan type.
How to print application documents
To generate and print documents:
Open your submitted ApplyOnline application.
Click the Print icon in the top right corner of the screen.
A pop-up window will appear displaying the available documents.
Confirm the required documents are selected.
Click Print to PDF at the top.
A PDF file will be generated containing all selected documents.
Sending supporting documents to the lender
In some cases, supporting documents may need to be faxed or sent directly to the lender.
The lender’s fax number is usually displayed on the front page of the generated Supporting Documents PDF.
Always confirm the lender’s preferred document submission method before sending.

Save a copy of the generated PDF in your internal records.
Confirm documents are signed where required before printing.
Check that all pages have generated correctly.
