The Doc Centre is a document management application that allows you to fast-track client service and stay on top of paperwork. Create and share a digital link that allows your client to upload their supporting documentation directly into Mercury Nexus for you to approve or reject.
In the Doc Centre, you can set the order of your documents. The order you put the documents in your Client Centre request, is the same order that the documents will appear for your client.
Your client can upload their documents using the Choose File button. The files will automatically appear in your Doc Requests for you to approve or deny. Learn how to approve submitted documents here.
