Loading your company logo into Mercury Nexus is great way to ensure your brand presence is consistent. Your company logo will appear on your client-facing documents in the Client Centre (such as the Credit Guide, Summary of Requirements, Product Comparison, etc) and also can be used in your email profile.

How do I upload or replace my company logo in Mercury Nexus?

To upload or replace your company logo into Mercury Nexus, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Admin App.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select Partner Details.

  3. Scroll down to Company Logo.

  4. Select Upload New Image.

  5. Select the Logo you would like to use (we recommend a jpeg or PNG).

  6. Click on Open.

  7. Your company logo will appear in that section and will be automatically generated on your Mercury Documents, Emails and the Client Centre.

Why does my company logo look faded in the merged Word document?

The “faded” appearance of your company logo in Word's Print Layout view is deliberate. It provides a visual cue to differentiate between the page headers and the main content when viewed on the screen only, and will print normally.

Can I have multiple Company Logos in Mercury Nexus?

You can only designate one main Company Logo. To use different logos remove the logo merge tag in your merge templates and replace with the alternate logo as an image.
