Segregating your database using Virtual Branches increases efficiencies and productivity. However, some users may operate between multiple branches. Mercury Nexus makes it easy to navigate between branches.
How do I switch between virtual branches?
It is easy to switch between branches in Mercury Nexus. Here's how to switch between branches:
Click on the Select Branch button in the top menu. You can access this from within most of the Mercury Nexus apps.
Use the drop-down menu to select the branch you wish to access. You can select All Branches to view all records in the CRM.
If you make your selection within the Admin app, you select the Remember Selection checkbox to have Mercury Nexus automatically connect you to that branch when you next log in.
The selected branch name will now appear in the top menu.
