Note: Before deleting a Virtual Branch you must first ensure the branch does not contain any records and has no Nexus accounts assigned to it.
How to move records between branches
You can delete an empty Virtual Branch via the Admin App if you are a Main Branch user with Partner Level access.
Open the Admin App.
Access Partner Details.
Click the Virtual Branches header.
Select the Virtual Branch you wish to delete.
Click the Delete button.
