How to use OneView in the CRM

Updated over a week ago

The OneView feature helps you proactively identify and act on upcoming client opportunities, such as fixed rate or interest-only loan expiries without manual data exports or juggling fragmented workflows.

By surfacing time-sensitive opportunities in a single view, OneView enables you to:

  • Nurture client relationships at the right moment

  • Reduce the risk of missed commissions

  • Streamline your outreach efforts

Accessing the OneView Grid

  1. Navigate to OneView
In your CRM, select OneView from the side navigation panel.

  2. View upcoming opportunities
    The grid highlights opportunities with:

    • Fixed or interest-only expiries within the next three months

    • Expiries up to one month past the current date

  3. Open Opportunity Summary
Click the folder icon in the Actions column to open a summary view.

  4. Additional Actions
    Click the ellipsis (β‹―) to:

    • Open the opportunity in a new tab

    • Clone the opportunity for reuse or follow-up

Accessing the Opportunity Summary

  1. Open the Summary View
From the OneView grid, click the folder icon.

  2. Review Opportunity Details
    The summary view displays:

    • An overview of the opportunity

    • Linked loan accounts

    • Other opportunities associated with the same client(s)

  3. Take Action
    Use the Actions button to:

    • Open the opportunity in a new tab

    • Clone the opportunity for reuse or follow-up

If there are no fixed rate or interest-only expiries within the next 3 months, the OneView grid will simply appear empty.

Getting the most out of OneView

To ensure OneView continues to surface relevant and timely opportunities, members should update opportunity details after a loan is settled.

How? Update the Fixed Rate or Interest-Only Expiry Fields in the CRM

After settlement, navigate to the Details page of the opportunity and update either the Fixed Rate or Interest Only Expiry fields.

This ensures OneView can accurately track and display upcoming expiries for that client.

Keeping this data updated will help you:

  • Maintain visibility of future opportunities

  • Avoid missed follow-ups

  • Strengthen long-term client engagement
