Total balance of home loans with upcoming fixed rate expiries (top right corner)
Number of opportunities broken down month-by-month
Fixed rate expiries by lender
A detailed table of Opportunity records including:
Current loan balance
Expiry date
Key loan details
Filter the dashboard
You can refine the data by:
Clicking directly on graphs (e.g. by month or lender)
Using the filters at the top of the dashboard
Available filters include:
Date range
Loan writer
Lender
Status
Rate type
Fixed rate products with no expiry date
This dashboard highlights Opportunity records where:
A fixed rate product is recorded
No expiry date has been entered
This allows you to quickly identify incomplete records and update them without manually reviewing each file.

If the fixed rate expiry date is not recorded in the Opportunity, it will not appear in expiry reporting or trigger automated follow-ups.
