Choose where a questionnaire appears in the Client Centre

Learn how to control where questionnaire sections display in the Client Centre for your clients.

Use this guide to control how questionnaire modules display in the Client Centre so clients only see relevant information at the right stage of the process.

Different clients require different information. You can choose which section of a questionnaire appears in specific areas of the Client Centre, including the applicant section.

Access your questionnaire settings

  1. Open the Admin app in Mercury Nexus.

  2. Select CRM settings from the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Questionnaires in the top menu.

  4. Double-click the relevant questionnaire to open it.

Choose where the module appears

  1. Go to the Modules and questions tab.

  2. Highlight the module you want to control.

  3. Use the Client Centre section drop-down menu to choose where the module will appear.

If you select Applicant(s), the module will repeat for each applicant linked to the opportunity.

Navigate away from the page to save your changes.

What happens next

The updated module placement will apply to questionnaires sent through the Client Centre.

Note: You must log out of Mercury Nexus and log back in for the changes to take effect.
