Why use Mercury Nexus for BDM contacts?
Keeping track of multiple lender BDM contact details can be time-consuming.
Mercury Nexus stores and maintains lender BDM information in one central location, so you can quickly find the right contact when you need it.
Find lender BDM contact details
Open the Research app in Mercury Nexus.
From the left-hand menu, select the Services tab.
Highlight the relevant lender from the list.
Click Contacts from the top menu.
The lender’s BDM contact details will display.
Filter by state
Use the dropdown filter to narrow your search by state if required.
This helps you locate the correct BDM for your region.
If details are missing or incorrect
Occasionally, a lender may notify you directly of a BDM change before Mercury is updated.
