The Digital Marketing Hub is our marketing platform that integrates with Mercury. It allows you to send targeted email campaigns or setup automations that generate leads. Making sure you stay top-of-mind and keep your clients engaged.

With DMH you can send customised email campaigns, setup post-settlement automations, or assign your clients to automatically receive our monthly eMag and RBA update.

How do I add people to DMH?

Digital Marketing Hub categories are used to allocate which communications you wish to send to each client. To use these:

  1. Open and the CRM app and select People from the left-hand menu.

  2. Open the relevant People record.

  3. Navigate to the Marketing section.

  4. Click Add to DMH.

  5. Use the Categories drop down to select the following:

  • MM - eMag – monthly newsletter (premium subscribers).

  • MM - rba – monthly email (lite and premium subscribers).

  • MM - sms - Birthday SMS (premium).
