With DMH you can send customised email campaigns, setup post-settlement automations, or assign your clients to automatically receive our monthly eMag and RBA update.
How do I add people to DMH?
Digital Marketing Hub categories are used to allocate which communications you wish to send to each client. To use these:
Open and the CRM app and select People from the left-hand menu.
Open the relevant People record.
Navigate to the Marketing section.
Click Add to DMH.
Use the Categories drop down to select the following:
MM - eMag – monthly newsletter (premium subscribers).
MM - rba – monthly email (lite and premium subscribers).
MM - sms - Birthday SMS (premium).
