To send the eMag to your clients, you must ensure they are are assigned to the MM-eMag category in Mercury. Your contacts are not automatically assigned to the MM-eMag category.
We recommend you assign your contacts to their relevant categories (MM-rba, MM-eMag or MM-sms) as soon as your Digital Marketing Hub account is set-up, so that they can be included in the eMag send (and other communications such as RBA updates and birthday SMS messages).
