Why didn't the RBA send to all my contacts?

Digital Marketing Hub subscribers with a Premium or Lite Touch plan will have an RBA email created and sent to their clients by the Connective Marketing team each month (except January), provided their contacts are assigned to the correct category in Mercury, which is MM-rba.

Your contacts are not automatically assigned to the MM-rba category.

You will need to assign your contacts to their relevant categories (MM-rba, MM-eMag or MM-sms) to ensure they receive the correct communications.
