Can Mercury push updates to other applications using Zapier?
Yes, Mercury connector provides instant push triggers in Zapier for opportunities and contacts. Any update to an opportunity (or an attached asset or liability) will trigger an instant push of the opportunity. Any update to a contact (or an attached address, income or expense) will instantly push the contact to Zapier.
If I have set up a trigger to receive opportunity updates will it also bring across applicants linked to that opportunity?
Yes, and no. The reason why we say that is, that the opportunity trigger's payload will only contain the Applicant's Mercury Id, but not the full Application details like name, email, etc. To get the other details of the applicant, you will need a multi-step zap where Step 1 is an opportunity trigger, while step 2 will be a Find contact action which will take the Applicant Mercury ID as the input.
Can I link a contact with a category in a third party application, link MailChimp?

Mercury sends date and time values as Unix timestamps. You will need to apply Zapier formaters to format it into a date/time format of your choice.
How do I trigger a Zap within a set time-frame?
You can you Zapier Filters to filter out Opportunities/contacts created outside a certain time range.
