Accessing and navigating the Connective Community

This article explains how brokers can access the Connective Community through Mercury Nexus and troubleshoot common login issues.

What is the Connective Community?

The Connective Community is the central collaboration and knowledge-sharing platform for brokers. All Connective members with an active Connective Authorisation (CA) number automatically receive access.

Access the Connective Community through Mercury Nexus

Follow these steps to log in through Mercury Nexus:

1. Log in to Mercury Nexus using your CA number and account password.

2. From the Mercury Nexus home page, select the Community icon.

3. Your Connective Community access will open automatically.

Tip: Logging in via Mercury ensures your access is always recognised.

What to do when you receive “Page Not Found” error message, when using a direct link

If someone shares a direct link to a Connective Community space and you see an error page, follow these steps:

1. When the Page Not Found message appears, go to the upper-right corner and select Log in.

2. Choose Log in with Mercury.

3. Your access will refresh, and you will be returned to the original Community link without further errors.

If you see an error:
Try reloading the link after logging in via Mercury Nexus. This resolves access issues.

Navigate spaces within the Connective Community

You can browse different Community spaces using the left-hand menu.

Note: Your account will automatically sign out every 30 days.
