What is Brokerpedia?
Brokerpedia is an external mobile application that provides product and policy information for brokers.
You can access Brokerpedia from within Mercury Nexus using the Brokerpedia launcher button.
Before you begin
You must register using:
The same mobile number linked to your Mercury account
The same email address linked to your Mercury account
Important
If your mobile number or email does not match your Mercury account details, you may not be able to access Brokerpedia.
If your contact details need updating, see Update your contact details in Mercury Nexus.
Register and access Brokerpedia
Download the Brokerpedia mobile app from your device’s app store.
Open Mercury Nexus.
Click the Brokerpedia launcher button.
Follow the prompts in the mobile app to complete registration using your Mercury-linked details.
Once registered, you can log in directly through the mobile app.
Troubleshoot access issues
If you cannot log in:
Confirm your mobile number and email match your Mercury account
Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the app
If you see an error
Check that your registration details exactly match your Mercury account profile before contacting support.
Who manages Brokerpedia?
Brokerpedia is managed by Brokerpedia directly.
Connective is not the system administrator and cannot assist with access requests.
